Your project may require assessment under SBEM or SAP to demonstrate compliance with Building regulations, and planning conditions. This is true for all new build projects and some refurbishment and conversion projects.
Frequently the energy assessment, and requirement to provide a compliant solution, will drive the strategy of the entire project. The options chosen are therefore critical to all disciplines and assessments are recommended to be undertaken early in the project.
