We were M&E consultant for Volvo trucks. This the second project we have undertaken for them and is Volvo Trucks new maintenance facility and offices in Walsall, Birmingham.  In line with the client’s de-carbonisation plans, this is an all-electric building with plenty of PV on the roof the offset electricity energy usage, plus extra capacity for forthcoming electric truck charging points.

We undertook a performance remit in our role.

The site comprises truck maintenance bays and office accommodation.
