Opened in late 2019 the OEC is a conferencing and entertainments venue hosting weddings, live music and fine dining situated between the Owlerton Dog track and Napoleons Casino.

Our remit was to take the clients employers requirements and provide mechanical and electrical design proposals.  The design was developed under a tight program and necessitated reviewing many design options regarding kitchen extraction.  All these challenges were overcome to deliver the project for Christmas 2019 deadline.
